Decline by the Council of Ministers to give Budhigandaki

The government has dismissed the decision made by the Government of India prior to giving the responsibility of construction of Budhigand hydropower project to the Chinese company. The Council of Ministers sitting on Monday decided to cancel the agreement. Ujmin Minister Kamal Thapa has given information about the decision of the Council of Ministers through Twitter. Thapa wrote that the cabinet meeting has decided that the agreement of the Budhigandaki hydropower project with Gauge group has been held today as per the guidelines of Parliamentary Committees. “Earlier, in the proposal of Prime Minister Manmohan Sharma of Pushpa Kamal Dahal in 2074 Jeth 9, to provide the construction of 12 megawatt project The decision was made.
